Terms of sale: CASH OR CURRENT FUNDS PAYABLE TO AUCTIONEER BEFORE REMOVAL. Items sold separately. May be inspected at National REO Auctions’ Office weekday 10am to 5pm. Deposit to be cashier check or money order $500 each. Bidding closes and bids opened 5pm Feb 10, 2012. Settlement by Feb 17, 2012 at the office of auctioneer. If highest bidder does not settle, item shall be sold to next highest bidder with a settlement date of Feb 21, 2012. Any default bidder shall forfeit deposit with no further obligation to either party. Sellers only liability will be return of deposit. Item must be picked up within 3 days of settlement or deposit forfeited and item resold.
